We have just released an update to the SwagBucks NewTab Launcher (v0.0.1.1244) for the Google Chrome web browser. Which is available to download right now free of charge. The Newtab Launcher is now available with some tweaks to the URLs the extension links to.
This update addresses a few known issues:
- The icon has now been changed to the SwagBucks® logo;
- All links have now been changed from sb.airhosts.net to swagbucks.app.couzens.me
The simple reason for this update was due to the previous domain is due to expire and we have no plans of renewing the domain – so we have decided to move it other to the new link and it now has a new improved design, you can also drop in your email address at the top (right) of any page now to signup to our monthly newsletter for freebies and news on new stuff!
Same as before – Chrome does a good job of updating your extensions automatically, but it checks for updates on its own schedule – around every two hours or if you relaunch Chrome. If you know that a new version of an extension is out but Chrome hasn’t updated it yet, here’s how to do it manually.
